Tron Light Cycle Is On The Streets Now

Parker Brothers has created an all-electric replica model of a Tron Light Cycle. This new Tron Light cycle is powered by a 96 volt electric motor, and some lithium ion battery cells, it is capable of speeds over 100mph and can travel for about 100 miles on one charge. It takes around 35 minutes to charge the Electric Tron Light cycle fully.

Pricing and availability are unknown at this point, but as a reference, the old, gas-powered version costs close to $55,000. Check out some footage of the electric lightcycle tooling around a shopping mall parking lot, as well as a brief glimpse at the bike’s internals in the video below:
